Commercial terms applying to purchases made through pwnaeey.com.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through pwnaeey.com and form part of the agreement between Pwnaeey™ and the customer.
By submitting an order, you accept these terms together with the policies incorporated into them, including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty terms.
2. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability.
Display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product updates may result in reasonable differences. Actual results or product experience may also vary according to environment, conditions of use, maintenance, care routine, and other relevant factors.
Pwnaeey™ garden care supplies are consumer products rather than medical devices. Information presented by the store is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.
3. Orders and acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation means that the order has been received; it does not by itself constitute final acceptance.
Before an order is accepted, we may review payment, identity, delivery address, inventory, purchase quantity, or indications of possible fraud.
Where legally permitted, an order may be refused, limited, or canceled because of unsuccessful payment, inventory issues, pricing or content errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or another lawful reason.
If payment has already been collected for an order that is later canceled, an appropriate refund will be issued.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store and may change prospectively.
Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final purchase total are displayed before an order is submitted.
By using a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. Banks and payment providers control authorization holds, foreign-exchange fees, and transaction-posting times.
5. Promotions
Promotional offers may contain restrictions involving eligibility, products, quantities, dates, territories, or redemption.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. Promotions may be modified or ended where permitted by law.
6. Shipping, risk, and returns
Order preparation, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the corresponding published Pwnaeey™ policies.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer according to applicable law and the delivery terms shown during checkout.
7. Limited warranty
Eligible Pwnaeey™ products include a 2-year limited warranty covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
The warranty excludes consumables, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to applicable instructions.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Proper use
Customers are responsible for product setup or assembly where applicable, compatibility, cleaning, maintenance, replacement components where relevant, supervision, and use according to applicable instructions.
If a product appears damaged or otherwise operates or performs abnormally, discontinue use where appropriate and follow the relevant product or Customer Care guidance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pwnaeey™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from a purchase or product use.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, aggregate liability generally will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Legal principles and severability
These terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated prospectively. The version effective when an order is accepted generally governs that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
