At Pwnaeey™, we want customers to feel confident when choosing our gardening care goods. This policy explains how return requests are reviewed when they meet our requirements and how refunds are handled after an eligible return is approved.

30-Day Return Window

If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, you may submit a return request within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and kept in its original condition. When possible, please include the original packaging when sending the item back. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt, is required for every return request.

Some products may not be eligible for return because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Pwnaeey™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once your returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by Pwnaeey™.
