Shipping Policy
Order preparation, estimated transit, tracking information, and delivery assistance for Pwnaeey™ orders.
1. Shipping destinations
Pwnaeey™ ships to eligible addresses displayed during checkout.
Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders delivered within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on a product page or during checkout.
Where supported, shipping availability and costs for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote destinations, and international addresses are displayed during checkout.
2. Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.
Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays. Payment or identity verification, address review, peak demand, preorders, product availability, or unusually large orders may require additional processing time.
3. Delivery estimates
Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Dates presented during checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Expedited options, when available, are displayed during checkout.
4. Tracking information
When tracking becomes available, a shipping confirmation is sent to the email address used during checkout.
The first carrier scan may take up to 48 hours after the shipping label is created to appear.
Orders containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments and may receive different tracking numbers.
5. Address accuracy and corrections
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact Customer Care immediately if an address correction is necessary. A change cannot be guaranteed once warehouse processing has begun.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, reasonable reshipping charges may apply.
6. Delays outside our reasonable control
Weather, carrier capacity, transportation disruption, customs review, security events, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect delivery.
Pwnaeey™ will provide available information and reasonable assistance, but carrier estimates cannot be guaranteed.
7. Delayed, damaged, or delivered-but-missing shipments
Contact us promptly if tracking shows an unusual delay, the shipment arrives damaged, or a package marked delivered cannot be located.
For a delivered scan, first check the delivery area and ask household members, neighbors, building personnel, and the carrier. Supporting information may be requested, and a carrier investigation may be opened before a resolution is provided.
8. International duties and taxes
Where international delivery is available, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees may apply.
Unless checkout expressly states that these costs are prepaid, they are the recipient's responsibility. Customs clearance may also extend delivery time.
